How does your points program work and what can I get with them?

Points automatically accumulate for every dollar you spend on all merchandise. Alternate methods of accumulating points will occasionally be available for bonus points.

How do I save my Rewards points?

You must have a Flipcost Rewards account to save your points while points accumulate as you are continuously placing orders. Points will be saved to the email address associated with account that is logged in making purchases.

Do I need a Flipcost account to use points?

Not at all! You can redeem and use your points on the same order as a guest. Keep in mind, you will not be able to save unused points from the transaction unless you are logged into your Flipcost Rewards account.

What should I do if I feel there has been an error with my Rewards Points accrual activity?

When will my reward item arrive?

Rewards items are shipped just like your regular order. Reward items will ship at the same time your merchandise for which you earned points has shipped.

What if my reward item arrives damaged or never arrives?

Please contact customer service for help.

What happens to my Rewards Points balance if I return item(s) that I purchase?

If you return merchandise purchased, your original payment type will be refunded, and Flipcost will remove any Rewards Points earnings related to the transaction from your balance. If your balance has already been partially or completely used, your Point balance would go negative until you earn Rewards Points to accrue a positive balance again.
